Stanislaus Surgical Hospital |
Stanislaus Surgical Hospital opened as an ambulatory surgery center in 1985. As one of the first Surgery Centers, Stanislaus set the mark for service and efficiency. In 1998, the shareholders voted to convert the Surgery Center into an acute care hospital. Stanislaus Surgical Hospital was licensed and certified in January 2000. Since that time, it has grown to be one of the busiest specialty surgery hospitals in the nation.
Stanislaus Surgical Hospital has been recognized by Today's Surgicenter Magazine as a "Who's Who" facility, an honor that was well deserved. The Hospital has eight operating rooms three treatment rooms and 23 inpatient beds. Stanislaus is averaging over 15,000 cases per year making it one of the busiest specialty hospitals. Covering all specialties Stanislaus has grown to include many complex procedures and has the highest rating for knee and hip replacement as well as neuro surgery.
The Stanislaus Surgical Hospital was the host facility for the creation of the California Ambulatory Surgery Association and more recently a founding member of Physician Hospitals of America. Over the past several years, teams of doctors and administrators have traveled to Modesto, California to tour and observe Stanislaus Surgical Hospital operations. These teams come from as far as Egypt and Denmark to learn the benefits of an efficient operation. Coffee Road Surgey Center |
Coffee Road Surgery Center is a 5,946 square foot Ambulatory Surgery Center. The facility includes two (2) large state-of-the-art operating suites. Coffee Road Surgery Center was completed and opened for service in mid-2004. Currently the facility is performing approximately 200 procedures per month.
Coffee Road is configured to provide multi-specialty surgical services including Pain Management, Orthopedics, Plastic Surgery, Urology, Gynecology and General Surgery.

Precion Imaging |
Precision Imaging provides a wide range of diagnostic imaging services to the Stanislaus County service area. The facility has been in operation since 2004 and has grown on an annual basis. In 2006, the imaging center received referrals from nearly 300 physicians and provided imaging services to nearly 10,000 patients.
The current complement of services include MRI, Ultrasound, Bone Density and Mammography. Precision Imaging has recently acquired a Philips R/F system that will provide high-quality digital radiography as well as fluoroscopy applications. The facility will be adding a CT Scan to the scope of services provided in the next few months.

Mid America Clinical Labs |
Mid America Clinical Laboratories is the exclusive provider of clinical laboratory services to many of Indianapolis’ major hospital organizations including those operated by St. Vincents Hospitals and Community Hospitals. The facility is strategically positioned in the approximate center of the hospitals it services, and within 1 mile of the intersection of I-70 and I-465, providing unmatched access to all parts of the Indianapolis metropolitan area.
Mid America Clinical Laboratories re-developed the 100,000 square foot building into a state-of-the-art laboratory facility in 2003. Thirty percent of the facility is sub-leased to Ameripath of Indiana, Inc. Ameripath is one of the leading anatomic pathology practices in the United States. It offers a broad range of testing and information services used by physicians in the detection, diagnosis, evaluation and treatment of cancer and other diseases and medical conditions.

River Oaks Surgical Center |
The River Oaks Surgical Center was founded in 1997 and is in a highly visible and easily accessed location near the River Oaks area of Houston, TX. This facility contains 14,400 square feet with five operating rooms and two procedure rooms. The Center supports 24 physician partners in eight medical specialties. Additional non-partner physicians utilize the facility as well. This state-of-the-art outpatient facility was designed and developed to provide patients with the highest quality of care in a comfortable environment that is close to home. Patients choose the River Oaks Surgical Center when they need surgery because of its highly trained, patient-focused staff - not to mention its advanced medical equipment and skilled surgeons.
This multi-specialty Ambulatory Surgical Center has been awarded multiple AAAHC (Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care) Accreditation Certificates and is fully compliant with all state and federal regulations. The River Oaks Surgical Center has agreements with many of the large insurance companies and is in the Aetna and United Health network of providers. The facility has an excellent reputation in the community and a stable and committed group of dedicated surgeons.
