Mr. Crowe founded RM Crowe Company in 1987. He focuses the majority of his time on new business and acquisitions, including RMC MedStone Capital.
Prior to forming his company, Mr. Crowe was a Senior Financial Officer with Criswell Development Company where he was responsible for negotiations of joint venture agreements, debt and equity financings, private placements, investor/lender relations, specific project management accountability, construction in process management and evaluation of commercial
office and hotel markets.
For two years prior to joining Criswell, Mr. Crowe was an Associate Attorney with Winstead, Sechrest & Minick, P.C.

Michael J. Lipomi

Mr. Lipomi has over 30 years of experience in hospital and ambulatory surgery facility management. He started his career with American Medical International at El Cajon Valley Hospital in San Diego, California. Over the past 30 years he has developed and run ambulatory surgery centers and acute care hospitals. Most recently, Mr. Lipomi was CEO of Stanislaus Surgical Hospital in Modesto, California which he grew from a small surgery center into one of the Nations leading specialty hospitals.
Mr. Lipomi is a sought after speaker, and as such has presented clinical and administrative papers to the Federated Ambulatory Surgery Association (FASA), Physician Hospital’s of America (PHA), Association or Ambulatory Surgery Centers (AAASC), Surgi Strategies, and Royal Hawaiian Eye. As the past Chairman of the Legislative Committee for FASA and current Chairman of the Legislative Committee for PHA, Mr. Lipomi has testified and lobbied on behalf of the industry in Sacramento, CA and Washington D.C. over the past 25 years. He is a recognized spokesman and credible source of information for Senate and House Representative as well as House Ways and Means Committee, House Energy and Commerce Committee and Senate Finance Committee.
Mr. Lipomi has long standing reputation as a leader and has been recognized by Today’s Surgicenter Magazine as one of the “Who’s Who” in the industry. In addition, two of the facilities where he served as Administrator were selected as “Who’s Who Facilities.” His distinguished career has included six years on the Board of Director’s of the Federated Ambulatory Surgery Association, three terms on the Board of Directors and two terms as President of the California Ambulatory Surgery Association. Mr. Lipomi has served on the Board of Directors of Physician Hospital’s of America for the past seven years including two years as President and currently chairs the Legislative Committee.

Timothy J. Noakes

Mr. Noakes has nearly 28 years experience in the areas of healthcare operations and finance. In addition to his role as the Chief Operating Officer at MedStone Capital, Mr. Noakes serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Stanislaus Surgical Hospital in Modesto, CA. He joined the management team at Stanislaus Surgical Hospital as the Chief Financial Officer in the summer of 1998 and assisted in the conversion of the facility from an Ambulatory Surgery Center to a General Acute Care Hospital. In his role as CFO, Mr. Noakes was responsible for financial planning, accounting, information systems, reimbursement, materials management and accounts receivable. As an integral member of the team, his responsibilities included construction financing, project planning, and project budgeting and oversight.
Prior to joining Stanislaus Surgical Hospital, Mr. Noakes participated with the company founders in the development and start-up of a private healthcare company, Health Pacific International. HPI focused on building strong partnerships with physicians, hospitals, health systems and investors to develop, manage and own surgery centers and surgical hospitals. Before joining Health Pacific International, Mr. Noakes was the Chief Financial Officer at the Fresno Surgical Hospital where he assisted in the conversion from an ASC to a GACH.
In his previous positions in healthcare administration, Mr. Noakes served in finance and operational roles at Saint Agnes Medical Center in Fresno, CA and O’Connor Hospital in San Jose, CA. Mr. Noakes is currently on the Board of Directors at Stanislaus Surgical Hospital and is the Registered Agent in California for Physicians Hospital Association.
Mr. Noakes received a BS Finance/Economic Minor from San Jose State University in 1986.

H. Dodd Crutcher

Mr. Crutcher has primary responsibility for sourcing and closing all asset acquisitions and dispositions for the company. Prior to assuming this role, he served as President of the Leasing Company, where he had direct oversight responsibilities for the leasing and marketing efforts in Dallas, Houston, Austin, San Antonio and Denver. During that period of time, RM Crowe leasing agents were involved in nearly 1,300 lease transactions, encompassing over 2.8 million square feet.
Prior to 2001, Mr. Crutcher served as General Counsel of RM Crowe and was responsible for negotiating leases and debt instruments on behalf of the Company, among other things. Before joining RM Crowe in June 1998, he was an Associate Attorney with Winstead, Sechrest & Minick, P.C., where his practice was focused on real estate transactions. Mr. Crutcher has extensive experience in performing due diligence for both lenders and developers and was also heavily involved in the representation of lenders in their conduit loan programs. Prior to joining Winstead, Mr. Crutcher was a real estate broker with the Weitzman Group in Dallas, where he specialized in office leasing.
Mr. Crutcher is an active member of the Real Estate Council and its Associate Leadership Council program. He is also a member of the Dallas Bar Association and Texas Bar Association.

Chris Matthews

Joining RMC in May 2006, Mr. Matthews is responsible for the financial performance of all divisions of the company including property operations; acquisitions; human relations; IT; financing and Joint Venture relations, including RMC MedStone Capital.
Mr. Matthews has obtained over 25 years of experience in the real estate investment industry. Most recently, he was the COO of Real Estate for the Broe Real Estate Company in Denver, Colorado. Broe’s $600 million plus portfolio included value add office; senior housing; medical office; multi family and extensive land holdings. While with Broe he led them to complete over $100 million of new joint venture investments.
Mr. Matthews was formerly a Senior Vice President for GMAC Commercial Mortgage Japan. There he was responsible for a mixed real estate portfolio of approximately $1 billion. Activities include the sale of $600 million of that portfolio over a 30-month period. His extensive experience includes ten years with Equitable Real Estate, six years operating his own successful boutique management/leasing company and four years with CB Richard Ellis, the last year of which he was based in Tokyo. He has been a frequent participant on industry panels and authored an asset management text book for BOMI.

Ross Jones

Mr. Jones is responsible for performing due diligence, financial analysis and underwriting on potential acquisition targets. In addition, he is responsible for the financing of acquisitions as well as refinancing of existing assets. Mr. Jones has a focus on modeling projects to determine their credit worthiness and potential for bottom line stability and growth. His ability to restructure debt has resulted in improved cash flows and returns to investors. The ability to understand the underlying financial condition of an organization is critical in the valuation process and for the future growth of the facility.
Prior to joining RM Crowe, Mr. Jones was at ORIX
Capital Markets, LLC, focusing on loan servicing.
